What We Do:

"CTC helps people at the times in their lives when they are most vulnerable, when they most need help. CTC recognizes the value of a meaningful job, not just as a means of earning a living, but as an affirmation of pride and self-worth."    -David Crumbaugh,Former CTC Board Chair
