John Cooper Available: Mondays

John Cooper has been coaching others through professional and personal transitions, life challenges, and professional development for over twenty-five years. He has deep-seated experience in business, psychological, and personal development. He is accredited as a ‘Master Certified Coach’ by the International Coach Federation, the highest distinction in the profession. He is adjunct faculty teaching Leadership at Northwestern University as well as coaching faculty at Kellogg School of Business.

His passion and strengths are in helping people make significant transitions. He understands the internal challenges of transitions, both the excitement and anxiety of letting go of what has worked for you in the past and creating a preferred future that includes both career success and personal satisfaction. “In the Discovery phase of your job search, I engage clients to focus on their strengths and aspirations; and match those with what is possible and their deepest values preferences for their future.”

John himself has gone through several midlife transitions including a career change when he was 44 and married later in life. He brings a strong perspective that transitions, while challenging, are an opportunity to strengthen your relationship to your deeper life’s purpose and create a more fulfilling future.
