Ed is the Owner and Principle Consultant for EA Valentine and Associates, a change management consulting firm.  He has more than 20 years success working in higher education, telecommunications, healthcare and not-for profit organizations.

He holds a Master's degree for the University of Chicago, Divinity School and A BA In History.  Ed leverages his own experience of career transition to help clients explore all the options they have a find their passion.
